Modern Murano Glass Chandeliers

The Murano glass chandeliers of LU Murano are designed and hand-blown by Maestro Fabio Fornasier on the island of Murano. Each blown glass chandelier is an original composition: individual elements in blown glass, assembled to suggest movement and catch light at every angle.

The range covers residential scales through to large-format commissions for luxury hotels, restaurants and cultural institutions worldwide. LU, cLUb and LUme are the principal chandelier lines — available in 12 to 36 lights and 18 colour variants, each configured to the dimensions and requirements of the space. ilLUsion extends the language of Murano glass into a further register, with directional sound diffusion built into the chandelier structure.

Every Murano glass chandelier from LU Murano is built entirely by hand at the furnace on Murano, signed by Maestro Fabio Fornasier and certified as an authentic work of Venetian glass art. No serial production, no catalogue pieces — each chandelier is made to order, and no two are identical in colour and detail.

Bespoke configurations are available for hospitality projects, private residences, superyachts and commercial interiors. LU Murano works directly with interior designers, architects and hotel contractors on custom Murano glass chandelier projects — from initial dimensions and configuration through to colour selection and on-site installation.
